For over 40 years, Bingham Construction was synonymous with quality projects and exceptional customer service. It would be impossible to construct projects without first building relationships with all of those involved. Being a full-service contractor, we are dedicated to building relationships with each and every team member. Team building is a strength for us, as we’ve found that fostering a level of trust between the contractor and other team members is tantamount to facilitating communication and eliminating finger-pointing that is inherent in so many construction projects. Our goal is to build long lasting relationships that will result in repeat business.
Many general contractors, and subcontractors for that matter, exist for one reason, to make a short term profit at the expense of a long term relationship. At Bingham Construction, the opposite thinking applies. We seek to exceed our clients’ expectations at any expense, knowing that profit will follow after providing unparalleled service. Our operations actually begin in the preconstruction phase, where it’s always our goal to have a “zero change order” job. With detailed estimating, scheduling, and constructability reviews, Bingham Construction is able to identify potential cost and schedule impacts and work with the design team to mitigate or eliminate them. Once we are awarded the project, we institute strict controls, such as very stringent subcontract agreements and an OSHA-certified safety program, with our subcontractors to eliminate risk of injuries or accidents. In addition, our seasoned Project Superintendents are surrounded by talented and experienced administrative staff to support them through all aspects of the project by monitoring costs, schedules, and project documentation. Lastly, we strive for a “zero punchlist.” We are just as excited as our clients to be able to turn over the project. We completely understand the client’s need to utilize a space as quickly as possible so as to begin generating revenue. We start our close-out process well before the job ends so that we can achieve the clients move-in date without the disruptions of completing punchlist work after the space is occupied.
