General Contracting

We are licensed as A, B, and C10, meaning we can manage general engineering, building, and electrical projects. Our diverse experience and background provides us the opportunity to manage multiple projects across a wide range of industry markets.

Preconstruction Services

We will assist you with your needs from the very conception of the project idea. Our services include jobwalks with subcontractors, scope development and evolution, detailed cost budgeting and estimating, precise scheduling, constructability review, and consultant recommendations. In essence, we provide you not only with the cost and schedule information you need to acquire necessary funding, but also we can build the team to move your project forward into the construction phase.

Design/Build

Many times, the project owner is too busy or doesn’t have the internal resources to manage the complete scope of the project, including the design. Bingham Construction has strong relationships with an experienced base of architects, interior designers, and other consultants to meet your projects’ needs. Managing the design provides Bingham Construction with the opportunity to drive the project schedule as well as reduce “scope creep” during design evolution, thus eliminating budget overruns and potential change orders.

Construction Management

With the decreasing size of management staffs of developers and facility managers, Bingham Construction can play a vital role in the oversight of your project due to our diverse project experience in both the private and public works sectors. We can manage complete projects, or serve as an extension to your staff to ensure contractor supervision and administration of your project.

Facilities Maintenance

With the rapid pace and competitiveness of today’s economy, facilities managers no longer have the luxury to shutdown their operations to allow for renovations or upgrades. Our Tenant Improvement Division is specifically geared toward meeting your needs. We can self-perform small demolition, framing, and door and electrical projects. In addition, we have assembled teams of subcontractors, designers, and others to tackle the most challenging projects within the toughest of environments in an effort to upgrade your facility in the most economical and least obtrusive way possible. No project is too small for us.
