Maintenance projects in existing office and production pharmaceutical building. Improvements included pharmacy cabinet repair and wall finishes, café wall finishes, cleaning of HVAC ducting, roll-up doors, bollards, flooring replacement, banner hanging, wood door repair, site fencing, curbs, and striping.  To mitigate impacts to ongoing production schedules, work was completed after hours and on weekends.

Bingham Construction successfully managed multiple concurrent Pharmacy refresh projects that were started and completed within a 48-hour timeframe to accommodate jobsite visit from corporate personnel.
