Maintenance projects in three existing office buildings. Improvements included exterior brick and grout replacement, repair, and waterproofing, replacing sheet metal soffit panels, painting, new doors, installing light bollards, interior core wall painting, new Mother’s Room, and cleaning elevator shaft. Projects are typically performed after hours and on weekends to mitigate impacts to existing building tenants.
Bingham Construction coordinates closely with building engineering and facilities management to develop complete scope and accurate pricing, usually without project plans. Projects are staffed with Bingham Construction full-time jobsite supervision, saving the client overtime labor costs.
