Tenant improvement build-out of over 70,000 SF office space over 6 floors in downtown San Diego high-rise. Work was performed over the course of eighteen months, and completed in December, 2011.

Project features include multi-media training rooms and conference rooms, self-service breakrooms, libraries, video conference rooms, mock courtroom, and executive offices.

Coordination with tenant’s vendors for installation of security, IT, audio-visual, and furniture.
