Renovation of 1950’s era bar/lounge into upscale sports bar. Existing structure was modified to accommodate greater visibility throughout the bar. Layout encompassed expanded bar area, Pool Table area, and dance floor. 

Structural renovations to existing 1950’s shell building were required to enlarge pass-through openings. Structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades were performed on a design-build basis by Bingham Construction.

Value engineering performed by Bingham Construction saved client over $75,000.
