Tenant improvement build-out of 1,750 SF retail space at The Forum in Carlsbad, CA, and 2,200 SF retail space along Highway 101 in Encinitas, CA.

Both projects were performed as design-build with Bingham Construction managing all aspects of design, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Coordination with owner’s vendors for audio-visual, security and furniture installation.  Furniture was custom fabricated in England and re-assembled in store.  Custom light fixtures were imported from Switzerland.

The Carlsbad store opened in 2009, and the Encinitas store in 2011.
