Interior improvements to 27 existing resident rooms in skilled nursing health center.  Improvements were performed in two phases, with overall project completion in November, 2011.

Scope included removing existing finishes, patching walls, installation of new flooring, painting, wallcovering, rub guards, and wall borders.  Client provided new TV’s.

Coordination with client to relocate tenants and their belongings to allow construction to proceed in each room.  Bingham Construction was allowed only one working week per room, and was never late in delivering the rooms back to the client. 

Facility staff commended Bingham Construction for its ability to work quietly without disruption to existing patients in adjacent rooms.

Value engineering performed before the start of the project saved client nearly $50,000.
